Constructed of blue rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey inscription of WILHELMSHAVEN, flanked by unit attributions of 1 59, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 355 mm (l), demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue throughout, a scarce example in very fine condition.
